Honestly, I like them both! I drink the cold style more often because it's more refreshing and hydrating for the body. I prefer to drink it as a tea if I have a sore throat or a cold.


The good thing is that both drinks aid in cleansing our system, providing vitamin C, and promoting digestion to help prevent kidney stones. These are just a few reasons why I always recommend lemon water to the people who ask for my advice about healthy diets, weight loss, and achieving a healthier body in general. Not only does lemon water aid our physical bodies, but it also works as a great cleanser for our skin by clearing blemishes and wrinkles for a glowing and youthful look.



From my personal experience, lemon water is amazing. After I drank my first cup I noticed how quickly my energy level boosted. I often had to use the bathroom too which was an indicator that the lemons was aiding in cleansing and digestion immediately. That was when I realized that drinking lemon water is an essential to my daily hydration. Anytime I feel like I need a detox, I always use lemons.... and ginger!! 😁 I've also tried apple cider vinegar water, which works wonders too!
