Not only do the foods we eat affect our physical body, it also affects our vibration and mental state. We all face fears, insecurities, anxiety, stress, exhaustion, and various other emotions that lower your vibration and mental health. It's important that we do our best to reset ourselves with self care to clear away these unwanted emotions, thoughts, and energy, because they block us from forward movement.
Whatever we put into our body every day will affect us on a daily basis. The food we consume has a major impact on our vibration level and immune system. Foods that will boost your vibration and immunity are:
Raw and organic fruits and vegetables
Natural minerals and vitamins
These foods are rich in nutrients, and are grown from the earth, which explains how they have the ability to raise your frequency and give you an energy boost.
Low vibrational foods:

Makes you more susceptible to illness, lack of energy, fatigue, and unmotivated moods

1. Beans and Lentils
Beans and lentils are vegetable proteins and carry nutrient-dense properties.
Consume blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries because they are high in antioxidants and great immunity boosters.
Herbs like parsley, basil, oregano, cumin, cilantro, and rosemary will help detox your system and raise your vibration. Be sure to incorporate these herbs while cooking.
Vibration-boosting spices include garlic, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon. Spices also fight infections, viruses, inflammation, aids digestions and balances blood sugar levels.
5. Dark Leafy Greens
Kale, arugula, broccoli, and sprouts are essential greens to consume regularly. The best ways to intake greens is juicing, steaming, or eating them raw.
6. Raw Seeds and Nuts
A bowl of mixed nuts and seeds is the perfect healthy snack to help raise your vibration. Nuts and seeds improve brain function due to them being packed with omega 3s. They are also a great source of fiber and protein.
7. Sea Vegetables
Nori, kelp, and Irish moss, are rich in minerals, iodine, calcium, copper, and iron. You can also consume these in a powder form by adding them to a smoothie.
8. Sprouted Grains & Beans
Quinoa, black rice, brown rice, wild rice, couscous, and farro are some of my favorite grains to cook. Sprouted grains, beans, and seeds are high in protein and sprouting them makes them more digestible.
9. Herbal Teas
Herbal teas like chamomile, lavender, and spearmint are excellent for relaxing the body. Drink these teas when you feel anxiety, overwhelmed, or paranoid, and it will help you calm down and raise your vibration. Green, lemon, and white teas are also good choices for fighting inflammation and boosting immunity.
