5 Foods Women Should Avoid (Substitutes Listed)

The food we eat can either be our poison or our medicine. Eliminate these foods for a disease-free, healthy, and powerful body.

The foods in this list should be avoided on your journey of achieving healthier eating habits and a cleaner diet. Over time, these foods lead to addictions, weight gain, diseases, and low-vibrational energy.

1. Meat

Meat can cause infections, constipation, headaches, cancer, and premature aging.

How does this happen? Animals are injected with hormones to grow faster so they can be sold in the market, therefore they are sick from the antibiotics. They are also stressed from their own environments which gets released into their bloodstreams. When you choose to eat meat, you are being poisoned from the hormone injections, antibiotics, their stress levels, and all other chemicals and bacteria from the animals, processing, packaging, and distribution of the meats.

What are the alternatives? Eat vegetarian protein that are non-disease provoking such as kidney beans, black beans, soya beans, lima beans, lentils, peas, tofu, TVP, nuts, seeds, sprouts, and spirulina (sea algae).

2. Sugar

Avoid sugar in the form of corn syrup, corn sugar, brown sugar, and white sugar. Added sugars and artificial sweeteners cause hyperactivity, obesity, stress, bone deterioration, poor memory, loss of hair, and bladder cancer.

What are the alternatives? The licorice herb, also known as the sweet root, and fruits are the best source of natural sweets. You can also soak dried fruits such as dates or raisins and use the water to sweeten your tea or lemonade.

3. Salt

This inorganic mineral can’t be used by the cells in the body. Salt irritates the bloodstream and the stomach, and blocks the digestion of food. Consuming salt can cause high blood pressure, kidney and liver disease.

What are the alternatives? The best sources of salt are found in celery, spinach, kale, carrots, lettuce, and strawberries.

4. Dairy

It is commonly believed that dairy provides the body with calcium for growth and strength of our bones and balance our nervous system. But, dairy has negative side effects including allergies, asthma, hay fever, vaginal discharges, fibroids and boils. What are the alternatives? Healthy vegetarian calcium include almond milk, sesame milk, sunflower seed milk, soya milk, or 8-16 ounces of green vegetables juices 1-2 times a day.

Vegetables high in calcium: broccoli, kale, spinach, turnip, and wheatgrass Herbs high in calcium: dandelion, alfalfa herb, and seaweed vegetables such as spirulina powder.

5. Fried Food

Cooked, greasy foods clog up the arteries. Overtime, clogged arteries lead to cold feet and hands, sluggishness, heart palpitations, headaches, swollen ankles and hands, and high blood pressure.

How do I cleanse my arteries? Stop eating fried foods. Drink lemon or lime juice with warm water twice a day. Also drink 8-12 ounces of fresh organic orange, grapefruit, or pineapple juice everyday with 12 ounces of water.

It may take a process to make the adjustments, but when you make the shift, you will notice improvement in your health, energy level, mood, and mental clarity.
