Digital products such as e-books, are not eligible for a refund because they are immediately sent to your email for download once you complete payment.

The healing formulas are eligible for a refund.  In order to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

• Product must be returned within 14 days of purchase date

• Must be unopened, unused and in new condition

• Must be in the original packaging you received it in

If all requirements are met, then your refund will be applied to a gift card as store credit or the same credit/debit card that was used for the original purchase.
